      • Welcome to Charts Talk Academy® ("the Academy").

      • These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Academy's website and all educational services offered by the Academy, including enquiries, admissions, courses, workshops, webinars, classroom sessions, online learning, study materials, educational tools, and related services.

      • These Terms apply from the moment you first interact with the Academy. This includes visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, downloading course information, communicating with the Academy, registering for a programme, making a payment, enrolling in a course, attending any session, accessing study materials, or using any Academy service. These Terms continue to apply throughout your association with the Academy.

      • By using the Academy's website or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

      • The Academy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its policies, services, legal requirements, or operations. The latest version published on the Academy's official website shall apply from the date of publication.

      • If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue the use of the Academy's website and services.

      • For the purposes of these Terms:

      • Academy means Charts Talk Academy®, including its website, faculty, staff, authorised representatives, educational platforms, and all services offered under its name.

      • Student means any individual who submits an enquiry, registers, enrols, attends, participates in, or otherwise uses any service offered by the Academy.

      • Website means the Academy's official website and any associated student portals, forms, digital platforms, or online resources operated by the Academy.

      • Course means any educational programme, classroom batch, online batch, workshop, webinar, seminar, recorded course, mentoring programme, or training conducted by the Academy.

      • Learning Materials include all study notes, presentations, PDFs, videos, recordings, assignments, illustrations, templates, software demonstrations, educational resources, proprietary methodologies, and any other content created or provided by the Academy.

      • Educational Scanner means any scanner, screener, software, indicator, automation, or educational tool provided by the Academy solely for educational purposes. It must not be interpreted as stock tips, trading calls, investment advice, or buy/sell recommendations.

      • Complimentary Services mean optional benefits provided by the Academy without additional charge, including revision batches, study notes, educational scanners, learning support, practice exercises, and similar facilities. Complimentary Services are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by the Academy at any time.

      • Any individual who meets the Academy's admission requirements may apply for enrolment.

      • Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the admission process. The Academy reserves the right to verify any information or documentation submitted whenever reasonably necessary.

      • Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of the application, cancellation of enrolment, suspension of access, or termination of the Student's association with the Academy.

      • Students below the age of eighteen (18) years must enrol with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

      • Submitting an enquiry, registration form, application, or payment does not automatically guarantee admission. Enrolment is subject to:

        • Availability of seats

        • Completion of the admission process

        • Payment of applicable fees

        • Compliance with these Terms

        • Acceptance by the Academy

      • The Academy reserves the right to refuse, postpone, suspend, or cancel any admission or enrolment where necessary to protect its academic standards, operations, legal obligations, or learning environment.

      • Every Student is expected to maintain honesty, discipline, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout their association with the Academy.

      • By enrolling with the Academy, every Student agrees to:

        • Read and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

        • Follow all academic, classroom, operational, and administrative policies.

        • Treat faculty members, staff, guest speakers, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.

        • Use the Academy's educational resources solely for personal learning purposes.

        • Respect the Academy's intellectual property and refrain from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, publishing, selling, or sharing any Learning Materials without the Academy's prior written permission.

        • Maintain respectful and professional communication across all online and offline platforms.

        • Cooperate in maintaining a safe, productive, and professional learning environment.

      • Students acknowledge that the Academy provides education only. The Academy does not provide stock tips, investment advice, buy or sell recommendations, portfolio management services, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

      • All trading and investment decisions are made solely by the Student. The Student accepts full responsibility for all financial decisions, trading activities, profits, and losses arising from the use or interpretation of the Academy's educational content.

      • The Academy offers structured educational programmes designed to help Students develop a comprehensive understanding of the stock market through a systematic learning approach. Course content may include Stock Market Fundamentals, Technical Analysis, Options Trading, Risk Management, Trading Psychology, Trading Software, and other related subjects as determined by the Academy.

      • The Academy may update, modify, reorganise, or improve its course content, teaching methodology, learning sequence, study materials, practical exercises, assessments, and educational resources from time to time to reflect changes in market practices or enhance the learning experience. Such updates shall not be considered a change in the Student's enrolment or course entitlement.

      • Where required by the syllabus, the Academy may provide access to study materials, educational tools, scanners, software demonstrations, worksheets, and other learning resources. Access to certain resources may be granted only after completion of specific modules or fulfilment of applicable eligibility requirements.

      • Regular attendance is essential for effective learning. Students are expected to attend every scheduled session, whether enrolled in an online or offline batch.

      • Students should join or arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Classes may commence as scheduled irrespective of the number of students present.

      • Students are responsible for keeping track of their batch schedule. The Academy is not obligated to provide reminders, follow-up calls, or attendance notifications.

      • Repeated absence or irregular attendance may adversely affect the Student's learning progress. The Academy shall not be responsible for concepts, discussions, practical demonstrations, or classroom activities missed due to non-attendance.

      • Classes are conducted according to the published batch schedule and are expected to begin on time. Students are responsible for joining or arriving before the scheduled start time.

      • The Academy may commence a class even if only one Student is present. Students arriving late are expected to join the ongoing session without disrupting the class.

      • If no Student joins an online session within a reasonable period after the scheduled start time, the Academy may conclude or cancel that session at its discretion.

      • Successful trading requires patience, discipline, observation, consistency, and continuous practice. Students are expected to actively participate in the learning process and take responsibility for their own progress.

      • Students should regularly revise concepts, practice independently, complete assignments where applicable, and follow the learning process recommended by the Academy. Same-day revision is strongly encouraged to reinforce understanding and improve concept retention.

      • The Academy may recommend virtual trading and practice before Students participate in live markets. Any decision to trade with real money remains solely the responsibility of the Student.

      • Students are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful behavior during every session.

      • Disruptive conduct, inappropriate behavior, repeated interruptions, or any action that negatively affects the learning environment may result in disciplinary action.

      • Students should allow the mentor to complete explanations before raising questions and are expected to follow all reasonable classroom instructions issued by the Academy.

      • During offline sessions, Students should minimize distractions, including unnecessary mobile phone usage, to maintain a focused and productive learning environment.

      • During market hours, communication with the Academy should be limited to urgent trading-related academic matters. Routine enquiries, greetings, acknowledgements, or other non-essential communication should be avoided to ensure efficient handling of student queries.

      • During this period, the Academy may restrict communication to designated channels and may not be available for phone calls. Where necessary, discussions requiring detailed attention may be scheduled after market hours.

      • Repeated misuse of communication channels during market hours may result in temporary communication restrictions.

      • The Academy provides doubt-solving support to help Students understand concepts covered during the course. Support is limited to syllabus-related queries and is available only during the Academy's designated support hours.

      • Doubt-solving support remains available for one year from completion of the Student's original batch. Queries falling outside the course syllabus or unrelated to the educational programe may be declined.

      • Where necessary, the Academy may conduct additional sessions or revision classes based on academic requirements, batch coordination, and operational feasibility. Such sessions shall be conducted solely at the Academy's discretion.

      • Students attending online sessions are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, a suitable learning environment, and the devices required to participate in the course.

      • Where required by the Academy, Students must keep their camera switched on throughout the session to support effective interaction and classroom participation. Continued failure to comply with reasonable classroom requirements after appropriate warnings may result in restriction from future sessions.

      • Course recordings are not provided as a standard feature. Recordings may be shared only in exceptional circumstances and in accordance with the Academy's Recording Policy. Certain sessions, including strategy-based topics, may not be recorded or shared for personal access or revision.

      • Students are expected to participate attentively, follow the mentor's instructions, and contribute to a respectful, professional, and distraction-free online learning environment throughout every session.

      • Course fees shall be communicated by the Academy at the time of enrolment and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified by the Academy. Admission is confirmed only after successful verification of the applicable fees and completion of the enrolment process.

      • Certain educational resources, learning tools, or supplementary features may be made available only after full payment of the applicable course fee and completion of the relevant course modules.

      • The Academy reserves the right to revise its course fees, payment policies, offers, or promotional benefits for future enrolments at any time. Such revisions shall not affect Students whose enrolment has already been confirmed.

      • All fees paid to the Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

      • Students who are unable to attend their allotted batch due to genuine reasons may submit a written request to transfer their enrolment to one of the next available batches. Every request is subject to seat availability, operational feasibility, and the Academy's approval.

      • Approval of a batch transfer remains solely at the Academy's discretion and shall not be treated as a refund, fee adjustment, or cancellation of enrolment.

      • The Academy may provide complimentary services to support the Student's learning experience. These services are offered voluntarily and do not form part of the paid course fee or the contractual course deliverables.

      • Complimentary services may include, where applicable:

        • Revision or repeater batch access

        • Educational Scanner access

        • Continued doubt-solving support

        • Educational resources shared through approved platforms

        • Other learning support services determined by the Academy

      • As these services are complimentary, the Academy reserves the right to introduce, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. Any such change shall not constitute a reduction in the value of the enrolled course.

      • The Academy may provide access to its Educational Scanner as a complimentary learning tool to help Students understand the concepts taught during the course. Scanner access is intended solely for educational purposes and must not be interpreted as stock tips, trading signals, investment advice, or buy/sell recommendations.

      • Access to the Educational Scanner may be granted only after successful completion of the relevant course modules and subject to the Academy's eligibility requirements, operational policies, and student discipline.

      • The Educational Scanner, including its logic, conditions, methodology, dashboards, formulas, structure, and related resources, is the proprietary intellectual property of the Academy. Students must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, extract, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise misuse any part of the Scanner or its associated resources.

      • The Academy reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, revoke, or discontinue Scanner access where necessary to protect its intellectual property, maintain operational integrity, or address any breach of these Terms.

      • All study materials, presentations, videos, recordings, notes, worksheets, scanners, dashboards, templates, strategies, educational resources, and other content provided by the Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Charts Talk Academy and are supplied solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled Student.

      • Students shall not copy, record, reproduce, print, extract, upload, publish, distribute, forward, sell, share, modify, or commercially exploit any Academy material without the Academy's prior written permission.

      • Any unauthorized use, sharing, or misuse of Academy materials may result in suspension or termination of access to Academy services and may also lead to appropriate legal action where applicable.

      • Course recordings are not included as a standard feature of enrolment. Recordings may be provided only in exceptional circumstances and strictly in accordance with the Academy's Recording Policy. Certain sessions, including strategy-based topics and selected Options Trading sessions, may not be recorded or shared for personal access or revision.

      • Repeater or revision batch access, where offered, is a complimentary learning privilege intended to strengthen understanding through additional exposure to course concepts. It is not included within the course fee, is non-transferable, and remains subject to the Academy's policies, schedule, seat availability, and operational feasibility.

      • The Academy reserves the right to approve, schedule, modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw repeater batch access in accordance with its operational requirements.

      • Attendance in a repeater or revision batch does not replace the Student's responsibility to revise, practice, and apply the concepts taught during the course.

      • The Academy may conduct quizzes, assignments, practical exercises, assessments, or evaluations to help Students measure their understanding and learning progress throughout the course.

      • Completion of assessments does not automatically guarantee certification. Where applicable, certificates may be issued only to Students who satisfy the Academy's academic, attendance, disciplinary, and administrative requirements.

      • The Academy reserves the right to withhold, defer, or decline the issuance of a certificate where a Student fails to meet the applicable requirements or violates the Academy's policies.

      • Charts Talk Academy is an educational institution that provides training in Stock Market Fundamentals, Technical Analysis, Options Trading, Risk Management, Market Psychology, Trading Software, and related subjects. All content provided by the Academy is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

      • The Academy does not provide:

        • Stock tips or trading calls

        • Buy, sell, or hold recommendations

        • Investment or financial advice

        • Portfolio management services

        • Trade execution services

        • Guaranteed profits, returns, or assured trading success

      • Examples, charts, strategies, scanners, software demonstrations, case studies, and other educational resources are used solely to explain concepts. They must not be interpreted as personalized financial advice or recommendations to trade any security.

      • Students are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of every trading or investment decision based on their own financial circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance.

      • Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk. Market conditions are unpredictable, and losses, including the loss of invested capital, are always possible. Profits or positive trading outcomes can never be guaranteed.

      • The Academy encourages Students to build knowledge gradually, practice consistently, and, where appropriate, gain experience through virtual or simulated trading before participating in live markets.

      • Every trading or investment decision is made voluntarily and entirely at the Student's own risk. The Academy, its faculty, employees, staff, or authorised representatives shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading outcome, investment decision, or other consequence arising from the use or interpretation of the Academy's educational content.

      • By using the Academy's services, Students acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with financial markets and accept full responsibility for their own trading and investment decisions.

      • The Academy collects and processes personal information only for purposes related to enquiries, admissions, course administration, payments, academic support, student communication, and the delivery of its services.

      • Students are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Academy is accurate, complete, and up to date.

      • The Academy takes reasonable measures to safeguard personal information. However, no electronic storage system or method of internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

      • Student information may be shared only where necessary for academic administration, payment processing, legal compliance, or with authorised service providers assisting the Academy in delivering its services.

      • Students are responsible for maintaining the devices, software, internet connection, and technical facilities required to participate in online classes and access Academy resources.

      • The Academy shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by poor internet connectivity, hardware failure, software issues, power outages, or any technical problem occurring on the Student's side.

      • The Academy shall also not be liable for delays or interruptions resulting from third-party platforms, internet service providers, software providers, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

      • The Academy provides education only. Students remain solely responsible for all trading decisions, investment choices, risk management, capital allocation, and participation in the financial markets.

      • The Academy, its mentors, employees, staff, or authorised representatives shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading outcome, investment decision, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or any other consequence arising from the use or interpretation of the Academy's educational content.

      • The Academy shall also not be responsible for service interruptions, software failures, platform outages, internet disruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control that affect the delivery of its services.

      • Charts Talk Academy is an educational institution that provides educational and informational services only. The Academy is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, or Broker and does not provide any regulated financial advisory or investment management services.

      • Nothing provided by the Academy shall be interpreted as stock tips, buy or sell recommendations, investment advice, portfolio management, trade execution, guaranteed returns, or any other regulated financial service.

      • Students are solely responsible for ensuring that their trading and investment activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange requirements.

      • The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Student's enrolment, access to Academy services, or complimentary privileges without prior notice if the Student:

        • Violates these Terms & Conditions or any Academy policy.

        • Engages in misconduct, indiscipline, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

        • Records, copies, shares, reproduces, distributes, leaks, or otherwise misuses Academy content, study materials, scanners, recordings, or any other intellectual property.

        • Fails to comply with the Academy's reasonable instructions, operational procedures, or academic requirements.

      • Termination of enrolment shall not entitle the Student to any refund, fee adjustment, or compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

      • The Academy may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or academic requirements. The latest version published on the Academy's website shall supersede all previous versions and shall apply from the date of publication.

      • Continued use of the Academy's website, services, or educational programmes after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

      • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

      • By visiting the Academy's website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, making a payment, enrolling in any programme, attending classes, or accessing any Academy service or educational resource, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

      • You further acknowledge that the Academy provides education only, that trading and investing involve substantial financial risk, and that you remain solely responsible for every trading or investment decision you make.

      • Your continued association with Charts Talk Academy constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments published by the Academy from time to time.
